Pre treatment bonding solution is a PH balancing primer that deeply cleanses and removes any buildup, makeup, and anything else on the lashes prior to lash application.
This product is step 2 after a thorough lash bath to ultimately improve your retention.
HOW TO USE
- Apply primer on a microswab
- Coat the lashes in primer
- Air dry for 30 seconds or fan dry for 10 seconds prior to lash application
